Payment is preferred by any of the card types shown above - this is by far the easiest, cheapest (for both of us) and fastest payment option for us to be able to despatch your order to you without delay. All online card payments are transacted securely via WorldPay on your behalf.

Alternatively we can accept Bankers Drafts or International Money Orders, providing they are made payable in POUNDS STERLING only, and drawn on a UK bank - this means that the Draft/Order must show the name and sortcode of the UK/London bank against which it is drawn. Please contact us first, so that we can advise you of the exact Sterling amount required to satisfy your order.

Sorry - we are unable to accept Money Orders or Personal Cheques made payable in other currencies.

UK customers may also pay by personal or company Cheque (please write your Bankers Card number on the reverse of the cheque), or by Postal Order.

Returns / Refunds

Our aim is to provide you with the very best customer service available. However, we accept that it may occasionally be necessary for you to return items to us. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered - this applies to all the products that we sell. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us and we will issue you with further guidance on how to return the item to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than GBP20.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g: Gift Wrapping).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of yours order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Currency

All charges are made in Pounds Sterling. Multiply the GB£ (Pounds Sterling) prices shown on our web pages by 1.5 to get the approx. US$ equivalent price. Please note that the exact amount that appears on your credit card account will vary, according to the prevailing rate of exchange used by your credit card company on the day of the transaction.

  2. Use one of our convenient secure on-line order forms - there are forms tailored for those artists of whom we sell many titles, otherwise you can use our general order form.
  3. Call us or fax your payment details to us - the number is +44 (0)121 709 1566 for either.  If you are sending a fax, and you hear a voice message when the call is answered, please start your fax transmission immediately - our voicemail system will recognise the fax tone, and switch to fax mode.
